Copyright and DMCA Policy
ATLAS is original work. This page states what we own, how to report someone copying it, and what we do about clones and resellers. Last updated: July 17, 2026.
1. What ATLAS owns
ATLAS Software owns, or holds the exclusive rights to, all of the following: the ATLAS desktop application and its trained models, the ATLAS browser extension, the source code and build artifacts of both, this website and its full text, the blog and documentation, the screenshots, product images, logo and brand marks, and the ATLAS name. All of it is protected by copyright and related rights, and none of it is released under an open licence.
The measured figures we publish (accuracy rates, round counts, benchmark results) are our own results from our own testing. They are part of our content, and restating them as if they were someone else's is misrepresentation.
2. Priority of publication
Every page on this site is timestamped in our sitemap and submitted to search engines the day it is published. That public record establishes when each piece of our content and each product claim first appeared. Where a later copy appears elsewhere, these timestamps and our version history are the reference for who published first.
3. What you may not do
Under our Terms of Service, you may not redistribute, resell, rebrand, reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage ATLAS or any part of it, and you may not copy this website's text, images, or brand to pass work off as your own or as affiliated with ATLAS. A licence key grants you personal use of the product; it does not transfer any ownership or any right to redistribute.
Reverse-engineering, cracking, or bypassing ATLAS licence protection is also a criminal offence under Article 138ab of the Dutch Criminal Code and EU Directive 2013/40/EU, as set out in our Terms.
4. Report infringement of ATLAS
If you find a clone, a resold copy, a rebranded build, or content lifted from this site, tell us and we will act. Email support@geoguessrcheats.com with the subject "Copyright report" and include:
- The URL, listing, extension ID, file, or download where the infringing material appears.
- Which ATLAS work it copies (a link to our original page, image, or build).
- Any evidence you have, such as screenshots or a copy of the file.
We pursue infringement through the hosting platform, the browser web store, and the search engines, including formal takedown notices, and through legal action where warranted.
5. Notice and takedown (DMCA and EU)
To have infringing material removed by a host or platform, a valid notice generally needs to include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate, and your signature. Send notices concerning ATLAS content to support@geoguessrcheats.com, which reaches our designated copyright contact.
If you believe material of yours was removed in error and you have the rights to it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information, and we will review it in good faith.
6. Third-party rights
ATLAS respects the copyrights of others. ATLAS analyzes images that the game already sends to your own browser or screen; it does not host or redistribute third-party imagery. If you are a rights holder and believe ATLAS uses your material improperly, contact us at the address above and we will respond.
