ATLAS v1.1 Update: Stability, Recovery & Expanded Coverage
We have been listening to your feedback and this update is all about reliability. Version 1.1.0 focuses on squashing the bugs that mattered most: the bot no longer breaks when GeoGuessr throws an error page, the camera rotation works properly, and prediction accuracy has been improved across the board.
This may not be the flashiest release, but it is the kind of update that makes everything else work better. Here is the full breakdown.
What Changed
- Country one-spot bug fixed. A persistent issue where certain countries would always predict to the same coordinate has been resolved. The engine now distributes predictions across the full available location data.
- Automatic crash recovery. When GeoGuessr throws an error page, drops the connection, or crashes mid-game, the bot now detects it and recovers automatically. No more manually restarting sessions after a random server hiccup.
- Panorama rotation fix. The camera rotation that captures multiple views was occasionally freezing or getting stuck. This has been fixed and now works reliably in all scenarios.
- Improved prediction data. A portion of the internal data used for predictions had become outdated. This has been cleaned up and refreshed, which directly improves accuracy in affected regions.
- Better geographic coverage. The location database has been expanded to cover more rural and underrepresented areas worldwide. If the bot was struggling with certain African or Southeast Asian countries, it should perform noticeably better now.
